Beyonce & Jay Z’s Hampton’s Summer Rental House: A Literal ‘Castle’ for $400K a Month

One of the celebrity real estate stories making the rounds this week is the extravagant 11.5 acre Hampton’s home that powerhouse couple Beyonce and Jay Z and of course, baby Blue Ivy will soon be calling home… at least for the month of August. According to The New York Post, one of the wealthiest entertainment duos in the world has rented the mansion known as the “Sandcastle” in Bridgehampton, New York as their end of summer getaway. The price tag for living in this posh palace… $400,000 a month. Undoubtedly, they can afford it and from the looks of it, the 31,000 sq. ft. house has enough amenities to make it worth it. A side note: Beyonce and Jay Z did get a bit of a deal on the rental. The house is currently listed for sale for $43.5 million and usually rents for $500,000 a month.

Inside the ‘Sandcastle’: A virtual golf course, a bowling alley, a disco with a full bar, a 10 seat movie theater, a fitness room and spa, a 60 x 20 foot gunite pool with underwater speakers, a basketball court, a squash court, a tennis court and a professional rock climbing wall are just a few of the over the top features the many times over, Forbes recognized couple and baby Blue Ivy will enjoy. And of course, there are the lavish details including masterful finishes and exotic interiors. As a bonus, the color scheme throughout the expansive mansion is… you guessed it… blue.
