Anatomy of a Perfect Day: The weather is an amazing 75 degrees here in Martis Camp, the luxury real estate community found along the northern shores of Lake Tahoe in Truckee, California. To call the day sheer perfection would be an understatement. The trees towering above the vibrant greens of the Tom Fazio Signature Golf Course create a stunning sight. The sun is shining through the lush leaves glowing with warmth effortlessly complimenting the cool breeze. These are just a few of the reasons all of us at The Moen Group and luxury home buyers and builders have fallen in love with this High Sierra community.

While we are here for work, checking in our partnership project with Linthicum Living, a stunning 7,700 custom home sitting on a prime golf course location, we can’t help but take some time out to soak in the atmosphere that is in a word – spectacular.
