Just wanted to give everyone a quick update on the $24.5 million home going up in Silverleaf. The Moen Group has been bringing you picture and video updates since construction began, and this week we are really seeing some amazing progress. One of our favorite places in this extraordinary, more than 20,000 sq. ft. home, is the gymnasium which houses both a professional rock climbing wall and a basketball court. As you’ll see in the latest pictures, final touches are being put in, including the finishing of the court floors and the installation of the basketball net. While there’s still a lot to be done before this estate comes to completion in September, in the gym, we can’t help but think play time has arrived!
