A Celebration in Scottsdale Real Estate: The 10th Anniversary of the Luxury Community of Silverleaf

It’s a big week in Scottsdale luxury real estate. We’re celebrating the 10th anniversary of Silverleaf, undoubtedly the finest luxury gated community in Scottsdale. The milestone is particularly significant to Founding Partner of The Moen Group, Todd Moen, who was with Silverleaf from the beginning. Watching Silverleaf at DC Ranch go from plans on paper to the magnificent community it is today, has been quite remarkable. Throughout the week, we’ll be celebrating Silverleaf by taking you behind the gates for a look at where Silverleaf is now and how this incredible community came to be. Today though, we want to talk about the big events going on to celebrate a decade of spectacular real estate. A fun filled week of celebration will be taking place for residents and Silverleaf Club members, which will then be capped off with the grand finale, ‘Silverleaf Spring in the Desert’, featuring KC and The Sunshine Band on Saturday, March 24th. Silverleaf Celebration Calendar for March 19th, 2012 – March 24th 2012: Each event is specially designed to represent and highlight a unique facet of the lifestyle behind Silverleaf’s gates. If you aren’t yet a resident of Silverleaf, take a look and see just how much fun calling Silverleaf “home” can be.

March 19th: “Global Cocktail Soiree” with Robin Miller – Food Network Star Robin Miller, hosts this mouthwatering event. Residents get to go on a culinary journey as Robin shows how to prepare five international dishes, each paired with unique cocktails by professional mixologist, Jason Asher.

March 20th: “The Wellness Culture” - A day of pampering awaits! Enjoy a massage, facial or acupuncture session during this relaxing event. In addition, the event features yoga, numerology, astrology, makeup application and a visit with the lipologist.

March 21st: “A Diversion in Art” with Bonner David Galleries – Let the art gallery come to you! During this colorful event, The Silverleaf Clubhouse gets turned into a private gallery courtesy of Bonner David Galleries.

March 22nd: “Endeavour to Succeed Luncheon” with Mark Kelly – An inspired day and a rare opportunity is in store at this luncheon with keynote speaker, Mark Kelly. An American hero, Mr. Kelly is not only an astronaut, but also a retired US Navy Captain, best-selling author, cancer survivor and naval aviator.

March 23rd: “Race to the Weekend” Golf Event – The ultimate golf showdown, ten years in the making, takes place on the Tom Weiskopf Championship Golf Course. Touted as “golf in its purest form”; this tournament is an alternate shot format with no second chances. A side note: This event is for golf members only.

March 24th: The Grand Finale! At 7pm it’s time for ‘Silverleaf Spring in the Desert’ with KC and The Sunshine Band. This event featuring music, dancing, dinner and cocktails begins at 7pm and reservations are required.
