Happy New Year from The Moen Group! We hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season and here’s to a fantastic start to 2012. As we look forward to all that is ahead for this year, we thought it would be fun to take a quick look back as well.

2011 was a great year for us here at The Moen Group in all of our luxury real estate markets and we’re looking forward to an amazing 2012. First, we want to thank our clients, colleagues and every single person who collaborates on our real estate efforts on a daily basis. One of the best things in life is to know you are surrounded by truly great people and without a doubt, we certainly are. With our sincerest gratitude, we thank you.

Looking ahead to 2012: As many of you know from following our blog, 2011 brought many newsworthy events and exciting luxury real estate projects for The Moen Group. As we head into 2012, we can’t wait to unveil some of the projects that will be completed this year. Among them; The Tropical Garden Collection at Kukui’ula on Kauai, a Linthicum Living custom home in Lake Tahoe’s Martis Camp and a record breaking $24.5 million Linthicum custom home in Arizona. This is a really exciting time for us. We’ve been updating you on the progress of these homes throughout 2011 and you can actually go back and see where they all started right here on our blog. The Tropical Garden Collection at Kukui’ula on Kauai: In January of 2011, we first announced our partnership project with Linthicum Living in this ‘Garden Isle’ paradise. As the year went on, we’ve taken you along with us as our trio of authentic Hawaiian plantation style cottages went from ground up to frame complete. Right now, the finishing touches are taking place on cottages 10, 11 and 12 and we are very excited to show you the completed collection in early 2012.
